Delivery and Returns
Delivery within the UK is £3.95 and orders are sent by courier. They should arrive 3-5 working days from dispatch.
I offer free local delivery within 5 miles of Stratford-upon-Avon, please select the 'local delivery' at the checkout. If you have any questions about local delivery, please get in touch.
Please remember that your products are being hand-made to order so please allow 2 weeks (10 working days) from receipt of your order for your goods to be dispatched. Depending on order levels, goods may well get dispatched sooner than this but this cannot be guaranteed.
If you have an urgent request please get in touch and I may be able to offer an express service.
Delivery is currently only offered within the UK. I am hoping to be able to offer International delivery soon. Please get in touch if you are interested in ordering from overseas.
I hope you are really happy with your Joiful Designs purchase but, if you are not satisfied and would like to talk about returns, please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org and we can come to an agreement on how best to address the issue.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach me in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If required, please contact me for the return address stating the issue and the order details. Please notify me within 7 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.
When returning an item, it is recommended that you use a recorded service a I am not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Due to the hand made - to - order nature of my business items cannot be accepted for refund due to a change of mind or lack of care. Please pay careful attention to the care instructions that are included with the product and can also be found on the website.
If a bespoke item is created for you, by this I mean that an item has been made in a fabric or colour only for you then it is not eligible for a refund. Please do consider this when ordering.
